#2 Ham Radio - Doing it on a budget / Doing it right the first time.
#3 How to get the most out of Field Day as a new ham.
We will also talk about Bulletin Board Systems (NOT packet BBS) and how we can make use of them related to amateur radio.

or just someone that wants to learn and/or get their hands on the hardware the Mentor Series is an excellent learning project.

Replace your 100 feet of RG-213 antenna cable with 100 feet of LMR-400 type cable and you will reduce your system loss by 2.49 dB at 450 mHz and you will reduce your system loss by .76 dB at 150 mHz.
We produce pre-made high quality LMR-400 type cables with UHF Male and type "N" male connectors. All of our connectors include 3M brand adhesive heat shrink over the connector/cable junction to prevent water from entering the cable.
We use high quality Silver Plated RF Industries connectors as well as Times Microwave connectors that are rated up to 10 gHz.
